Patricia Mancillas - Senior Regional Supervisor

Patricia brings over 30 years of experience in the Multifamily industry with 15 years in new construction developments. She has worked for many larger companies including Greystar, Allied-Orion, Western Rim, and Capstone. Patricia has a well-documented history of increasing value in underperforming assets which gives her the versatility to plug into any class of property and style. She was most recently the Director of Texas Operations for Simon’s Real Estate handling their third-party assets in Houston and Austin. She attended Northeastern State University and received her real estate license in Oklahoma.
